Returns

If It's Not Right.

Unused, unopened jars: Full refund within 30 days. Email [email protected] with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label. Refund hits within 5 business days of receipt.

Opened jars you don't love: Store credit, no return needed. Tell us what didn't work — we use the feedback to improve the next batch.

Damaged in shipping: Replaced free, no return needed. Send a photo and we'll ship a new one same-day.

Wrong item or missing item: Same — email us with a photo and we'll fix it on our dime.

Shop Orders.

Cases of 12 or more: Ship USPS Priority. 2–3 business days transit. Free over $200 wholesale.

Cases of 24+: Bulk shipping rates. We'll quote it on your invoice.

Damaged on arrival: Replaced free. No return needed.

When will my order ship?+
Orders placed Mon–Fri before 1pm ET ship same day. Orders placed after, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
Do you ship to PO boxes?+
Yes. USPS handles PO boxes without issue.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?+
Yes. Same flat shipping rate. Allow 7–14 business days.
My package says delivered but I don't have it?+
Wait 24 hours and check with neighbors / front desk first. If it's truly missing after that, email [email protected] — we'll file a USPS claim and ship a replacement once it's resolved.
Can I change my address after ordering?+
Email [email protected] immediately. If we haven't shipped yet (usually within a few hours of order), we can update it. Once shipped, we can't redirect.
