These terms apply to inklube.com and any related services. We reserve the right to change the site, update prices, or discontinue products at any time.
An order is accepted when we ship it. If we can't fulfill an order — out of stock, payment declined, shipping address invalid — we'll email you and refund any payment within 5 business days.
Prices are in USD and exclude taxes and shipping. Sales tax is added at checkout where required by law. We try to keep prices accurate but reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order ships.

InkLube is a topical skincare product for adult use. It is not a medical device. Don't apply to broken skin (open wounds, infected tattoos), eyes, or mucous membranes. If you have a known allergy to any ingredient on the label, do not use the product.
If you experience an adverse reaction, stop using the product and contact a healthcare provider. We cannot offer medical advice.
You're responsible for keeping your account password secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
The InkLube name, logo, jar design, and site content are our intellectual property. Don't copy them. Tattoo work shown on the site belongs to the artists who made it; we credit them where shown.
If you post a review, share a photo with our hashtag, or submit a testimonial, you grant us a non-exclusive license to share that content on our site and social channels with credit to you.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, InkLube's liability for any claim relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where InkLube is registered. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited.
We may update these terms occasionally. The updated version posts on this page with a new date at the top.
