What’s in the Jar

• Sweet Almond Oil — lightweight moisture that won’t clog pores.
• Jojoba Oil — closest natural match to your skin’s own sebum.
• Sea Buckthorn Oil — rich in omega-7, supports skin renewal.
• Vitamin E — antioxidant, helps skin look its best.
• Beeswax — breathable barrier (which is why we’re not vegan).
• Tea Tree, Lavender, Rosemary, Calendula, Chamomile, Aloe, Shea — supporting cast of plant extracts that calm and soothe.

How to Use It

1. Day 1–2: Keep the wrap on as your artist instructed. Wash with unscented soap, air dry.
2. Day 3 onward: Apply a pea-sized dab twice a day for 14 days, then once a day for the next two weeks.
3. After healing: Use anytime your old work looks dull or thirsty. Skin food, not just first-aid.

What It Doesn’t Do

InkLube doesn’t claim to heal anything — your body does that. We just give your skin the best plant-based ingredients we could find so it can do the work without the greasy junk most aftercare creams are made of.

Who the 1 oz Is For

The 1 oz jar is the default. It carries a small-to-medium piece — a forearm band, a calf, a hand-sized back piece — through the full twenty-eight day heal with twice-daily application, and still has enough left to keep the work conditioned afterwards. If you are healing one tattoo and you do not want to think about it again, this is the size to buy. Two people healing at once, or anything past a half sleeve, and you want the 2 oz. Travelling, or you want something that lives in a jacket pocket, take the 1/2 oz as well.

Application is the same whichever size you pick: a thin layer, twice a day, on clean dry skin. More is not better — a fresh tattoo needs to breathe, which is the whole reason this is a plant-oil balm and not a petroleum ointment. The 14-day schedule walks through it day by day.
