If It's Not Right.
Unused, unopened jars: Full refund within 30 days. Email contact@inklube.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label. Refund hits within 5 business days of receipt.
Opened jars you don't love: Store credit, no return needed. Tell us what didn't work — we use the feedback to improve the next batch.
Damaged in shipping: Replaced free, no return needed. Send a photo and we'll ship a new one same-day.
Wrong item or missing item: Same — email us with a photo and we'll fix it on our dime.

Tattoo aftercare shipping is free on US orders over $50, and your first order ships free at any value with the code FIRSTLUBE. Everything else goes standard USPS at checkout cost. Orders placed on a weekday before the afternoon cut-off generally leave the same day; anything after that, or over a weekend, goes out the next working day.
Delivery is typically three to five business days once it is moving, and you get tracking by email when the label is created. If a jar arrives damaged, or the wrong size turns up, tell us what you would like to happen and we will do it — the formal terms are above, but in practice we do not argue about a $20 jar. Tattoo aftercare shipping only gets complicated when something goes wrong, so the short version is this: if it has not moved in five working days, email us and we will chase it or resend it. Tattoo aftercare shipping outside the lower 48 is quoted at checkout rather than estimated here.
