Distribution Program
Our tattoo product distributor program adds InkLube to your roster. We work with regional distributors covering tattoo supply, professional skincare, and pharmacy channels — anywhere fresh ink heals. Volume pricing, MAP enforcement, marketing co-op, dedicated brand rep.
The relationship
Distributor net pricing on top of standard wholesale, scaled to your forecast. Real margin you can build a rep program around.
We police our minimum advertised price. Your shops don’t get undercut by some Amazon reseller racing to the bottom.
Joint tradeshow presence, co-branded sell sheets, sample cases for your reps. We show up.
One named contact at InkLube. Direct line. Same day response on inventory and PO questions.
We won’t sign three distributors in your zip code. We grow with the channel that’s growing the brand.
Need us to fulfill direct to your shops? We can. Most partners prefer to warehouse themselves — your call.
Who we work with
If your reps walk into shops, derm clinics, piercing studios, or independent pharmacies — we should talk. We’re especially looking for partners with strong relationships in the Northeast, Pacific Northwest, and Texas Triangle.
Currently shipping to dealers in 38 states. Canada and EU partners welcome to apply — we have the regulatory paperwork ready.
Process
Submit the form below with your channel, geography, and rough forecast. We respond inside 3 business days.
We walk through your business, our roadmap, and where InkLube fits. If it’s a fit, we send a partner agreement and pricing schedule.
Sample cases, sell sheets, video training, dealer-facing portal access. You start writing orders week one.
Apply
Tell us about your channels and territory. We’ll come back with availability, pricing, and a meeting invite.
Why the category is worth a line
Tattoo supply is dominated by capital equipment and consumables that sell on price. Aftercare is the exception: it is small, it is inexpensive, and every single client who sits in a chair needs it. A shop buys one machine every few years and reorders aftercare every month. That is the line item a rep wants on the sheet.
The problem with the incumbents is that most of them are petroleum ointments repackaged for the tattoo aisle, and the market has noticed. Clients read labels now. Artists get asked what is in the jar. A tattoo product distributor program only holds up over a few seasons if the product survives that question, which is why InkLube publishes all thirteen ingredients and leaves out petrolatum, lanolin and fragrance entirely — the reasoning is laid out in this breakdown and in the FAQ.
If you are evaluating the category from a regulatory angle, tattoo inks and the products used around them are covered by the FDA fact sheet on tattoos and permanent makeup. Shops that want to buy direct rather than through a distributor can apply through wholesale.

Applications to the tattoo product distributor program are reviewed by a person rather than a form, usually within a week. If your territory already has coverage we will say so plainly rather than leaving you waiting — the tattoo product distributor program is deliberately not something we sign in bulk, because thin coverage helps nobody.
