The legal stuff. By using inklube.com or buying our products, you agree to these terms. We've kept it short and readable.
These terms apply to inklube.com and any related services. We reserve the right to change the site, update prices, or discontinue products at any time.
An order is accepted when we ship it. If we can't fulfill an order — out of stock, payment declined, shipping address invalid — we'll email you and refund any payment within 5 business days.
Prices are in USD and exclude taxes and shipping. Sales tax is added at checkout where required by law. We try to keep prices accurate but reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order ships.

InkLube is a topical skincare product for adult use. It is not a medical device. Don't apply to broken skin (open wounds, infected tattoos), eyes, or mucous membranes. If you have a known allergy to any ingredient on the label, do not use the product.
If you experience an adverse reaction, stop using the product and contact a healthcare provider. We cannot offer medical advice.
You're responsible for keeping your account password secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
The InkLube name, logo, jar design, and site content are our intellectual property. Don't copy them. Tattoo work shown on the site belongs to the artists who made it; we credit them where shown.
If you post a review, share a photo with our hashtag, or submit a testimonial, you grant us a non-exclusive license to share that content on our site and social channels with credit to you.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, InkLube's liability for any claim relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where InkLube is registered. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited.
We may update these terms occasionally. The updated version posts on this page with a new date at the top.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, and their own terms apply to that part of the transaction alongside ours — those are set out in Stripe's legal terms.
These terms of service apply to purchases made on inklube.com. Where the terms of service of a payment provider or a shipping carrier also apply to part of a transaction, theirs govern that part and ours govern the rest.
These terms of service exist to make the boring parts predictable, not to trap anyone. In practice they cover four things: what happens when you place an order, what happens when something arrives damaged or wrong, what we promise about the product, and what we do not.
On orders: prices and stock are as shown at checkout, and if something is mispriced badly enough to be obviously an error we will contact you rather than silently cancel. On delivery: carriers occasionally lose parcels, and when that happens the resolution is ours to sort out, not yours to chase.
On the product: InkLube is a cosmetic skin product, not a medicine. We make no medical claims and nothing on this site is medical advice. If a tattoo shows signs of infection, that is a doctor rather than a cream, and no wording in these terms of service changes that.
On everything else: if a specific situation is not covered here, the practical answer is that we would rather resolve it than argue about it. Email is the fastest route, and a person reads it.
